Assalammualaykum,.. Hai Dear,..
I'm so glad you’re here! Let me introduce you to a super simple yet powerful technique I’ve been working on, and I think you’re going to love it. It’s called the Conscious Trauma Release Technique (CTRT).
The idea is to help you release and remove trauma and emotional baggage immediately, without diving into all the heavy stuff.
It’s quick, effective, and you stay totally aware throughout the process.
Ready? Let’s go! Bismillaah,..

Step 1: Acknowledge & Define Your Emotion
Okay, so first things first, we need to acknowledge what’s going on inside. Take a moment to notice the emotion or issue that’s bothering you. Is it fear, guilt, anger? It could be anything.
-
Just sit somewhere comfy, take a deep breath, and say to yourself, “I acknowledge the feeling of [insert your emotion here].”
-
Don’t worry, you’re not getting into the pain—we’re just naming it.

Step 2: Breathe and Ground Yourself
Now, let's calm that energy with some deep breathing.
I want you to try the 4-7-8 method (trust me, it’s awesome for grounding).
-
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Feel like you're letting go of the stress as you breathe out.
-
Do this five times, and with each exhale, imagine that negative energy getting lighter.

Step 3: Tell the Story, but With Detachment
Here’s where the magic happens. I want you to mentally retell the story of your trauma, but this time, think of it like a chapter from the past—it’s just a part of your story.
-
You’re an observer now, and this event no longer has power over you. Just narrate it in your mind as something that happened but is no longer you.
-
Remind yourself: “This is just a story from my past. It doesn’t define me today.”

Step 4: Align with Divine Intention
Now, this step is key. We’re going to bring in your intention to heal and release this trauma with the help of divine will.
-
Place your hand over your heart, breathe deeply, and repeat after me: “With Allah’s will, I release this trauma. I choose peace. I choose healing.”
-
Say it 3 times, feeling your heart open up to this intention. Let that inner warmth build.

Step 5: Physically Release It
Time to let go—for real.
-
Take a deep breath, and when you exhale, open your hands wide, like you’re throwing something heavy off your chest.
-
Visualize the trauma lifting away from your body, floating up and disappearing into thin air.

Step 6: Seal It with Gratitude
Let’s end with some good vibes. Take a moment to feel grateful for the healing that’s happening right now.
-
Place your hands on your lap, palms up, and say, “Thank you for this healing. I’m free, I’m at peace, I’m healed.”
-
Take a few more deep breaths and when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
And that’s it! Super simple but seriously powerful. You’ll feel lighter, like you’ve just let go of a weight you didn’t even realize you were carrying.
The best part? It doesn’t take long at all, and you’ll feel more in control of your emotions and your healing.
